1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using wealthon.cloud (the "Service", "WealthON"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. WealthON is a product of Ek Blink Solutions, the trading name of SN Group of Companies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16337429 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

2. Description of Service

WealthON is a web-based personal finance tracking tool designed for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) managing money across the United Kingdom and India. WealthON allows you to manually record bank accounts, investments, and insurance policies; import statements via PDF or CSV for review and approval; and view a consolidated dashboard of your finances in GBP and INR.

WealthON is not a bank, a regulated financial adviser, an investment platform, or a payments institution. We do not hold, move, or have access to your money. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on WealthON constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice, and any references to NRO repatriation limits, Schedule FA thresholds, DTAA, ISA, SIPP, or similar concepts are provided for informational context only. Always consult a qualified, regulated professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create a WealthON account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and when entering or importing financial data, and to keep that information up to date. WealthON relies entirely on the data you provide or import - we do not independently verify your balances, transactions, or account details, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on inaccurate or out-of-date information you have entered.

3.4 You may sign in using email and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure if you choose this method.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 WealthON offers a free plan (manual entry, fully editable) and a Premium plan (which may include auto-linked, read-only account features as they become available).

4.2 Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through Settings or by emailing support@wealthon.cloud. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain Premium access until then.

4.4 We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

4.5 We may change our pricing or plan structure on reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for future billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The WealthON name, logo, brand assets, and the Service itself (including its design, code, and underlying technology) are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.

5.2 You retain ownership of the financial data you enter, import, or otherwise provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your personal financial data.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaches applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our underlying systems;
• upload or import any file containing malicious code;
• use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
• misrepresent your identity or provide false financial information with intent to deceive;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

7. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

WealthON is a financial tracker, not a regulated financial adviser. Nothing on WealthON constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. Informational notices relating to NRO repatriation limits, Schedule FA disclosure, the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA), or similar cross-border concepts are provided for general awareness only, are not exhaustive, and may not reflect your individual circumstances or the most current regulatory position. Always consult a qualified, regulated tax adviser, financial adviser, or legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction before making financial or tax decisions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own records of your financial information independent of WealthON.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or financial opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of your jurisdiction, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

10.1 You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting support@wealthon.cloud.

10.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by law.

10.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Our data retention obligations following termination are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that nothing in this clause removes any statutory right you may have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly (for example, by email).
